The Retail Sales Representative plays a vital role in promoting nationally distributed, highly recognized products for our great group of long-standing clients. Enjoy working with well-known, nationally recognized products within your favorite convenience, grocery, and retail stores while building and maintaining professional working relationships with store management and associates. What You’ll Do:  

• Expand distribution by winning shelf placement for innovation and promotional SKUs.
• Expand client product distribution by securing off-shelf and secondary display opportunities in retail. 
• Execute in-store incentive programs that deliver incremental sales. 
• Execute shelf stocking and product rotation to support merchandising standards. 
• Build rapport with store management and staff to drive sales and secure stronger in-store execution. 
• Ensure planogram compliance with accurate pricing and signage to drive stronger in-store performance. 
• Assess stock levels and suggest replenishment quantities to management. 

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Comfortable using a smart device for reporting and communication. 
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism. 
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Reliable transportation with a willingness to travel to multiple stores within a territory.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
