What Will You Do?

  • Read and follow plan-o-grams to accurately complete reset and remodel projects
  • Move and clean shelves, install racks and fixtures, and properly merchandise products
  • Place shelf tags and strips accurately while maintaining plan-o-gram integrity
  • Process pack-outs, restocks, and reorders
  • Partner with store personnel and teammates to achieve merchandising excellence
  • Report observations and issues to management
  • Utilize web-based applications to manage schedules, assignments, timekeeping, mileage, and expenses
  • Complete documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Follow all safety procedures and proactively identify unsafe conditions

Experience & Qualifications

  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple store locations
  • Minimum 1 year of experience reading and using plan-o-grams preferred
  • Retail merchandising and reset experience preferred
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Access to a computer with internet, email, and printing capabilities
  • Comfortable using smartphones and handheld technology
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability or willingness to use basic hand tools including drills, screwdrivers, and case cutters
  • Ability to safely climb and stand on ladders or step stools as needed
