Senior Market Manager – Logitech

What will you do? 

In addition to owning a market, the Senior Market Manager is responsible for people leadership, performance management, and strategic oversight across their region. 

Market & Client Responsibilities 

  • Build and manage strong relationships with retail partners on behalf of the client, driving sales performance across the market 

  • Maintain presence in assigned stores at defined frequencies, modelling bestinclass execution 

  • Conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, and advanced training sessions 

  • Design and implement training strategies to elevate product knowledge and selling confidence 

  • Create and execute promotional activities, product launches, and special events 

  • Identify and action new business opportunities within the market 

  • Complete detailed weekly reporting covering performance, training, opportunities, and execution 

People Leadership & Coaching 

  • Directly manage, coach, and support a team of up to three Market Managers 

  • Provide regular feedback, coaching, and professional development support to drive individual and team growth 

  • Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable to KPIs, service standards, and execution quality 

  • Support performance management processes, including goalsetting, reviews, and corrective action where required 

  • Act as a mentor and escalation point for complex retail, training, or execution challenges 

Strategic Contribution 

  • Partner with internal leadership and client teams to provide market insights, trends, and recommendations 

  • Contribute at a higher level to program planning, regional strategies, and national initiatives 

  • Represent the program at industry events, client meetings, and outofmarket conventions

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region and nationally for events and meetings 

 

Experience and Qualifications 

  • 5+ years experience in sales, training, or account management within consumer electronics or retail environments 

  • Previous people management or team leadership experience required 

  • Strong background in retail operations, merchandising, training, and/or marketing 

  • Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate team members 

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationshipbuilding skills 

  • Strong organisational, reporting, and timemanagement capabilities 

  • High level of comfort with remote business tools (smartphones, tablets, laptops) and troubleshooting 

  • Technical aptitude with demo fixtures and instore technology is an asset 

  • Ability to work Tuesday–Saturday with flexibility for events, travel, and business needs 

  • Experience with live streaming platforms is a bonus
